Promacta stopped working, but responsive to NPlate was created by scs2521
My 15 year old daughter was responsive to Promacta for 15 months, then it just stopped working for her. She has been on Nplate for 2+ months, and it appears she will be responsive to that. She is at 5 mcg right now, so at 50% of the maximum dose.

Not sure Nplate will continue to work, given her experience with Promacta. Any thoughts???
