I heard from Steve on May 4th. He's still in rehab and making progress.

I really am doing fine. I don't post much because of the paralysis in my right hand.

I really appreciate all of the kinds thoughts & cards. I'm fine -- out of the danger zone and now just doing rehab. My counts aren't bad -- on their own they've ootched up over 20, which is great.

Sandi: thanks for stickying this, but you can unsticky it if you want. I'm off the death watch. :laugh:

I think this thread should stay just where it is! It's good of Sandi to keep in touch with you, Steve, since you don't post much. Glad to see you're off the death watch! Post when you can. We miss you!
