I got my implants in 1999, was diagnosed 2012. No one has ever questioned my implants. I've done some research and wonder if anyone else also has implants with I.T.P?

Yes, got mine in 2012 got itp in 2013 never made the connection until this year. Going to get them out hopefully soon.
