Hi, just wondering if anyone has reached menopause and noticed a change in their platelet count?

I think my ITP was connected to the hormone change of menopause, but I guess there is no way to tell for sure.

Hysterectomy prior to ITP diagnosis but had polycyclic ovaries. Recommends hormone replacement therapy unless you have cancer preventing it.

Is the information true that the prescribing of progesterone can delay the onset of menopause? These experiences are justified, despite the problem with platelets, I also have a genetic predisposition to early menopause.

I have reached menopause and sometimes although I feel like I am anemic, my platelet count isn't down. It's completely normal to feel this way so don't feel alarmed.
