Do an6 of you have experience with Goji Juice to help raise platelets? I have been diagnosed MDS and my platelets were 20 yesterday Wednesday. I am 70 years old and excellent health until about Aug 2010.
I used goji juice before I knew I had Itp (ninja red from young living). The best effect I had from it was my vision felt clearer but many Young Living costumers swear that it gives them heaps of energy. It is a great anti-oxidant.
I stopped taking it and other fruit/berry juices when I started 'Alkalizing'. Although when I got a cold recently I really craved some. Goji berries and pecan nuts make a really good snack.
Good luck with it.
Interesting. My MIL ate them whole when she had MDS. They didn't do anything for her platelets but they are good for you and can't hurt your overall health. And what works for one person may not work for another. So unless you have an allergy to them, I'd say enjoy the juice or even eating them whole.
