First, I am sorry you are dealing with a clot and a spleenectomy. I hope your clot is not a bad one and it is gone soon! How are you feeling? I hope your surgery leads to stable good platelet counts.
I agree, I am concerned about platelets in the 140's. I get another blood draw on Friday and will only get IVIG if the count is 10,000 or below. I get on a plane on Sunday for Mayo Clinic so I want to be safe for that. I have been on Promacta 50mg for a little over 2 weeks so maybe the counts will stay safe with no IVIG.
