A metro man is taking on such a workout right now. 2:20-31 the first 30-35 minutes of each hour is 800 repetitions, and then I run 1.7 miles, and that's the way it will go for the whole 30 hours Lance DARLING is raising awareness about the rare blood disorder I-t-p. darling is attracting the attention by working out for 30-hours straight. He'll run two marathons and do 24-thousand reps with *no* sleep. Darling is testing his limits at the LOCH Lloyd health club south of Kansas City."
