SCHOLARSHIPS

There are a limited number of scholarships for registration, housing, and travel based on financial need.  They are awarded on a first come, first served basis.  If you are interested in a scholarship, please send a letter of request to PDSA, 133 Rollins Avenue, Suite 5, Rockville, MD 20852.  The letter should include information regarding diagnosis, your financial situation, and the benefits you hope to derive from the conference.  Your conference registration form (without payment) must accompany your letter.  The deadline for scholarship applications is April 30.  All scholarship applicants will be contacted regarding their status by May 15.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel your reservation for the ITP Conference 2008, you  must submit your request in writing (letter, e-mail or fax) prior to May 31, 2008.  All fees, less a $25.00 administration charge, will be refunded.
