Support these events to raise awareness for ITP and support PDSA!
Lee, currently 10 years old, was diagnosed with Idiopathic Thrombocytopenic Purpura (ITP) two years ago in November of 2012. Knowing that a hit in the head when his platelets are low could cause irreparable damage is the hardest part of having Lee diagnosed with ITP. But, now that we are aware, we know what to watch for to keep him as safe as possible. Lee's hope is to help inform others about ITP to keep them safe.
